Montecristo was launched in Cuba in 1935 under the H. Upmann factory and takes its name from Alexandre Dumas’s classic novel The Count of Monte Cristo. One of Cuba’s most recognized cigar brands, Montecristo is known for its distinctive blends and full-flavored character across a wide range of classic vitolas.
